Could someone please tell me how many wounds per minute this heals? Is it worth going up the tree for it? Is it on a 5 minute timer like camps? Any hard numbers would be appreciated. Thank you.

Healing froma medical center: up to 60 wounds every 10 minutes. Average: 6 wounds per minute.

Healing from a low level medic: about 25 wounds every 30 seconds. Average: 50 wounds per minute.

Healing from Meditate IV: 11-20 wounds every 6 seconds. Average: 155 wounds per minute.

Only a high level doctor can heal your first 6 stat wounds faster. A master dancer cannot cure the 3 mind stats faster than you can (but you need n entertainer for the battle fatigue).

correction: medical facilities also cure mind wounds, so 90 wounds every 10 minutes, averaging 9 wounds per minute.

So, what you're saying is it heals Battle Fatigue, too?

No. You need an entertainer to cure battle fatigue, which i believe is exactly what Malibu said.

I know it has been posted in the past and I have read some of the older posts.

But can someone let me know how well you can self-buff at Meditation 4?

I am considering it for my Master Pistoleer template but do not want to add any melee attacks..

Thank you,

Shin-Ryu

Powerboost never changes. You get it at Meditation 2.

Powerboost increases your Health, Action, and Mind pools by an amount equal to half of your current Mind pool maximum (minus wounds, and not including any bonuses to that pool).

So if your base Mind pool is 800 and you have no wounds, you get 400 points added to Health, Action, and Mind for the duration of the buff.

For obvious reasons, TKAs will often take points away from Health and Action and use them to raise Mind to the maximum of their species. For example...

Values before/after Powerboost
Health=1000/1400
Action=1000/1400
Mind=800/1200

Take 100 away from Health and Action, and add to Mind:

Health=900/1400
Action=900/1400
Mind=1000/1500
