Umm, there are none last I remember, it varies server to server with player cities.

I'm not 100% sure it he's still there but there should be a TK trainer in front of the town hall in the now abandoned city of Brymstone. I think its anywhere from 1 - 2 thousand miles north of the Imp Outpost.

Where's a trainer on Dantooine? Check your planet's player cities. There's no NPC trainer on Dantooine.
Here are all the static TKA NPC trainers...
Theed, Naboo (-5649, +4205)
Imperial Base, Naboo (-5255, 3684)
Dearic, Talus (418, -2906)
Kor Vella, Corellia (-3570, 3146)
Mos Espa, Tatooine (-2812, 1973)
Wayfar,Tatooine (-5054, -6632)
But what's the point? They're only on 4 planets, so you're better off either checking player cities for them or asking other players.
