how i can fight and win in pvs with teras kasi?

Use a gun too....

I use a gun pretty much exclusively as a TKA master. When fighting another TKA, I KD, switch to my rifle, run 10m out and prone. (I can deal 10x damage with my rifle.)

I PvP as a Master TKA all the time solo and have no prolems except against BH and Eye shot.

1) Have a least 2 faction soliders, they are you ranged attackers.

2) Lunge.. lunge and more lunge. Without VK it's 15 meters I spam it 3 times to knock them prone the use KD2, then equip VK, unarmed hit 3, unarmed hit3 = dead. (Unfortunatly the new Combat Patch being talked about might also add 30 second timer to Lunge, if this happens change proffesions.)

The trick is to make them come to you I will send my NPC's on them and run backwards, most people will charge after me, trying to kill me over the pets. I will then turn and charge them normally I find I can close to 15m before they start running away from me.

A couple other things I have a very good DSL conection and EXPLORE 3 for terrain movement is a MUST. Overall though don't bother PvP unless your Master TKA. Oh, and I do not carry any range weapon at all.
