Thread: What is the best choice?? TKA's that have Carbineer status also welcome...
TKA or Carbineer??
I am curious because after i have skilled in Commando, I have the choice of either TKA and just a few Carbineer Skills or Vice Versa... what would you say you would recommend to do??
Those who are Carbineers as well are warmly welcom to share their thoughts (Everyone else is welcome to of course).
I'm TKA novice / Master Rifles + Ranged, but I'll be dropping TKA for Pistoleer
Im a TKA and Carbineer. Im going to master in TK because most creatures you attack charge you down then maul you to death in Close Combate. Running doesnt help against mobs because they hit you no matter what you do. So what I do is 2 action shots with my laser carbine and then pound the bejeezus out of them. But as far as what am I going to use in Carbineer. I only go up marksman to get the better acuracy and hoping to get crippling shot (major damage to action!) hope this helps you out.

I have 3 levels each in Unarmed and in Carbine Marksman; almost to specialist in each.
As a commando, you'll already have some ranged capabilities (assuming they fix them
), so it'd make sense to diversify and become TKA, with just a few levels of carbineer.

I gave up my master TKA status for carbineer. I'm 2 boxes shy of master Carbineer and I love it so much more than TKA. I have enough CH for lvl 50 pets, almost master carb.and medic skills. I'm a pvp nightmare now. Pre knockdown nerf TKAs didn't have it as bad in PvP as everyone said they did. After that nerf though I got out asap and I've never been happier. Go carbine, keep around meditation until you absolutely need the points.
