is the tka upgrades on test noticable compared to the tka live?

Don't ask me, I never used TKA before or unarmed but i have a player using them on the TC now.

I hate to post this for a second time, but I've been waiting patiently hoping someone would read and tell me how I can get onto the Test Center for SWG. I'd like to try out the improvements that are supposedly being tested on the TC but I don't know how you get there.
