I'm sorry to say, but I haven't tested it in a month or two. But when I did test it, I got the message on the screen saying so and so has been stopped in their tracks, yet, they were still running a circle around me...

Anyone know if this has been fixed? I did submit a bug report on it, but (obviously) i never head anything about it.

Yes, warcry works. However, it doesn't stop them from moving like you seem to think. It stops them from attacking for a short period of time. Lunge is still your only way to stop them from moving. So a good pvp combo would be warcry/lunge/dizzy/intimidate/blind blind blind...zerk. Dont zerk if you're overt and have more than one to worry about, but it works in a duel after all those status changes and its better than spamming your high cost specials. Because after they get up there isnt much they're gonna be able to do you, so you really don't need to do anything but hurt them. If you are fighting another brawler you dont even need lunge/dizzy because you can intimidate and blind them before they get out of warcry. Ranged people would prolly take off though.
