Hey,

Sadly I've been working at TKA for a long time now...probably a bit too long infact. I've tried to fight just about everything that anyone recommended only to find I was going to be incap by most of the stuff, and the others give me one heck of a down time (usually about kill me, i win though...except for healing after).

If there is anyone on the Kauri server, who isa TKA, would you mind if I tagged along with you and maybe I could get some help to TKA novice? I really really want to get to it, but it seems that it's taking forever. Kinda an odd request I know, but I'm not getting any XP other ways.

I'm on the kauri server, under Darkfas. I think i'll head to rori to try and kill simple stuff and hope I can get XP that way. If anyone comes on, and is willing to help, please let me know.

Thanks.

no one came to help, lol, but I have to thank a friend who did help me out doing some of my hunting. Just got TKA last night, and I love it. The difference between level 4 brawler and TKA is amazing. Vibro knucklers are also sweet, although I see the HAM issues people are talking about. Today went hunting with friends and got about 80k XP, hehe. About 70k more today than I had yesterday. I love it, is it best to go into power first? or what is everyone's opinion on what to go into first?

I feel your pain..in fact, it was three weeks worth of pain as I had just started the road to TK novice when VKs got removed from the unarmed brawler tree. Getting that 125k of unarmed combat experience with just bare hands REALLY SUCKED and was unbelievably hard. What also sucked was the fact that since experience from kills is based directly off of damage you've done to the NPC, brawlers doing straight hand-to-hand get the bad end of the stick in groups. If you're solo, you get the crap beat out of you, the mob can run, and your chances of being incap'd and/or slain are greatly increased, the list goes on and on and on...

Now that you're a TK novice, it's greatly improved...just wait till you start getting the KDs in your tree.
