I just hit TKA, and am a wookie - I hear wookies are the 'strongest' species in the game, what sort of unarmed damage bonus am I looking at for being a wookie?

We get the most HAM stat points to toy with.

ah ok. I think I understand pretty well. having a wookie bowcaster for ranged is a nice bonus too...kinda wish I could use armor though...or that they made some sort of wookie armor.
