Thread: What skill to pick for higher level missions?

I am slowly stuggling up the tera kasi line in limited playtime. I spent my first point to get increased speed and damage instead ofknockdown 1since the nerf was so bad for knockdown. The mission terminals give me level 12 missions now which never give me anything but very easy white cons to kill. Will I get higher level missions if I spent my next skill on knockdown or do I have to advance up another tier to get better than level 12 missions. I find that I finish fights with less damage just fighting with no specials than by using them, and with the nerf for knockdown I figure more native speed and damage is more useful than finallly getting knockdown.

If you are getting by not using any specials, you can use berserk to make it go quicker. I'm not sure about increasing the levels of missions, because I didnt pay attention as I went up. However, you will probably get more out of mastering any specific tier than spreading out your experience among the 3 different ones.

From my experience, for each 'box' you train in your main combat skill your mission difficulty will raise 1 point.

With Master Brawler and TKM my max mission difficulty is 30, but on the 'starter' planets the highest difficulty you can get from a mission terminal is 25. Without Master Brawler, your max would be 29.....with a skill set of 0/2/4/2 and Master Brawler your max mission difficulty will be 21.

I can only assume it's like this for the other combat professions as well.....and I would guess it only applies to your most 'advanced' combat skill (ie. a Pistoleer/TKA/MB combo with 0/0/0/1 in Pistol and 0/2/4/0 in TKA would still be a 21, as the TKA skill has more points invested)

Thats seems about right Xaniss.

I'm currently doing diff 20 missions at 2/0/4/2 with only the unarmed tree in brawler.
