I'd do the following:
Health: 675
* Strength: 400
* Constitution: 550
Action: 675
* Quickness: 600
* Stamina: 400
Mind: 1100
* Focus: 500
* Willpower: 500
My reasoning...
Mind is at its max so that you get the full benefit of powerboost. With PB you will get 550 points to all your pools, making your pools 1225/1225/1650 with PB.
Quickness and constitution are at the lowest they can be for your species, which is still pretty high. Strength and stamina are put a tad low because your constitution and quickness are so high. Focus and willpower at at their max for your species, which is decently high.
These stats should keep you pretty balanced without buffs.

You have a couple of paths to pursue:
All Mind: Max out everything in mind first. Do a 600-something for health and action, spread the rest across the secondaries.
The problem with this is you will always die without buffs of some kind. Carry vercupti, pixie and muon always. Make sure you have medic.
Mostly Mind: Max your secondaries and go about 800 mind. Go about 800 health and action and spread the rest across the secondaries.
This will allow you to hunt without any buffs and have a reasonable degree of success against most "lesser" mobs (i.e. gurks). Again, *medic*
Other than that, the buzz word has to be MIND. Specials will eat you alive, as will knucks. Carry blue milk with you.

That advice is only good for someone without powerboost. If you have powerboost, max your mind out no matter what. Someone with 800/800/800 has 1200/1200/1200 with powerboost. Someone with 700/700/1000 has 1200/1200/1500 after powerboost.
