Am i right in thinking if i put my CA with Droid Complexity +9 and UA Damage +8 on a piece of clothing, only the droid complexity would work?

The droid will stick, not sure if it'll work.

Other than Experimentation, Droid attachments are generally considered to be virtually worthless.

If the piece of clothing had Droid Complexity +10 or higher on it already the unarmed bonus would stick.
