I am new to SWG and just moving up now toward Master TK (and Master Doctor). I have not migrated my stats yet (simply because I did not understand them well at first). I know that I need to migrate at least in part to mind stats - that is apparent. However, does anybody know if is it better to put points into Quickness (for example) rather than Action? In other words, is the reduction in Action cost by putting points into Quickness worth the overall lower Action value one has due to spending points in Quickness? The same should be asked for Strength/Health. I do thank you for your advice.

I do not know too much about this topic. I have been a human since launch and never needed to migrate my stats. I believe quickness and strength will help regeneration. With buffs being as powerful as they are, I do not know if you would need a stat migration yet. Just get a doctors buff (and you being a master doctor you can buff yourself) and then get musician/dancer buffs, with some brandy, and canape for the mind. Thats what I do for TKM. Now since you are going for master doctor as well, you might want to up your mind. Sorry I havent been too much of a help, just that as a master brawler/master fencer/ master teras kasi I dont need to migrate my stats.

usaly with most classes your best off puting everything into mind focus and willpower and spreading whatever you have left between health and action and just always get buffs. with zab I think its 1000/500/900 is the max for the mind stats. put the rest in health and action and your golden. oh what one of the previous posters said about STR and QUI helping regen was backwards. STR/QUI effects how much health and action are used by specials CON/STAM are the regens. however thats moot as 15k will get you 3 and a half hours worth of being able to ignore health and action all togeather unless your in the DWB or corvet.

To Upgrade something implies that you are adding too, enhancing, and fixing the thing that you are upgrading. The CU does not do this, it is not adding too, enhancing, or fixing the combat system that is in place, it is replacing the innovative SWG system with the generic one used by its competitors. Be honest and stop calling it the CU, Call it the CR (combat replacement) instead

Well if you're going to Master Doc as well, and woudl there by always have a supply of buffs. I would Max out ALL of you mind stats. As a Zabrak you should have plenty of points left over to max out your Heath and Action substats. Then dedicate the rest to Health and Action evenly.

Really it depends on what u plan to do with ur toon. If it's PvE, 600 mind is a minimum. With brandy and canape, you should have no problem. Secondaries should be min of 500. If it's PvP, dump a ton into ur mind, buffs make up the rest of ur stats so it's no big deal. My latest toon is sitting at 850/750/750 in the mind areas with 700 health and action. i don't rem what the secondaries are, but it works for me right now.
