Thread: Is a 500 damage VK possible?

I saw a guy dueling my server, who will remain nameless. Who was hiting for500in a duel, this was agenst amelee defense stackerarmored oppent who was using COB and he was also using exo protein wafers (15% damage reduction). He said that his vk had 520 or so max damage and 270 min damage, and it was player crafted?After the duel (which he won) the oppent had almost 3x the wounds you'd expect from a tk duel. How is this possible?? Assuming you had some legendary NS motor could you still reach this damage? Maybe it was double sliced?

With NS vibro motors, possible.. yes. Probable? No
I would think its safe to say some type of slicing exploit.

hmm something odd my vk is 115-353 54.8%wound and that was with a NightSister VibroBlade Unit(Exceptional) and a 29% damage slice

I believe they can only get that high as a loot drop. Other than that, it would think it would have to be somesort of slicing exploit.

sounds like they either double sliced the knuckler, or sliced the powerup, or both....

You say the tka was hitting for 500 and was doing high wounds? Well, a high wounding vk certainly isn't out of the question, although they are somewhat rare.
And, it is certainly possible this person was exploiting via slices and/or power ups. But, my guess was they either had a really well made nightsister vk or a good exceptional loot drop and were using burnout sauce.
