Ok! I have a few questions that can probably be easily answered...

1. Is there a Melee and Ranged Defense Cap?

2. Is our Combat Acuitiy (or however you spell that word ) broken?

3. If im a tk can i dodge, (lets say if i had the fencer defense and dodge trees)

4. Does Melee and Ranged Defense stack from prof to prof?

5. Do defenses stack, like Def. vs Stun from prof to prof?

I know i know these are newbish questions, but hey if your designing a "Godlike Template", you wanna be sure :-P.

If some one could please answer these questions for me that would be great!

1. Yes, you can cap on melee/ranged defense.

2. No, though I think you may have to use CenterOfBeing for it to work well.

3. The dodge/counterattack/block won't transfer from proffesion, but our combat acuity/defense acuity helps some.

4. Yes, thats why alot of people pick up 4000 fencer for the ranged+melee defense.

5. Yes, so make sure you get as much defense +KD and Dizzy as possible.

1. Is there a Melee and Ranged Defense Cap?

Yes. The current cap on ALL deffence (Ranged, Melee, States, posture & knockdown) is 125. I do belive that foods can still take you above that mark but nothing else can.

2. Is our Combat Acuitiy (or however you spell that word ) broken?

This is a question which is asked alot, the Devs have before told us that it is working as intended, but it did seem broken for a long time. In a recent publish though something seems to have changed about it & more people are noticing the differnce. Theres full info on DA here

No, Dodge, Counter Attack & Block are unique to their proffesions (a Pikeman can stack Riffleman block for example). Our unique Deffence is Deffence Acuity.

4. Does Melee and Ranged Defense stack from prof to prof?

Yes, again to a cap of 125.

5. Do defenses stack, like Def. vs Stun from prof to prof?

Again yes too a cap of 125.
