If you use speed power ups for a weapon, do your specials cycle faster?

Depends on your speed skill and the type of power-up. There are melee power-ups that increase speed, help you reach the speed cap sooner than TKM, and therefore make specials take less time. At TKM, though, it doesn't matter since you are already speed capped and damage power-ups (which I have trouble finding on Bria) are the better bet.

A speed powerup makes the weapon speed of your VK faster. So it's the same as switching to a faster VK.

As long as you don't cap out with your current unarmed speed bonus, yes it will make specials go faster.

A bit of warning that the condition of your VK will degrade more quickly with a powerup. Most VKs are fairly cheap so it often doesn't matter, but keep that in mind when using one.

I don't use them. I wear down VK's fast enough without them, so I don't need any more help. While you are grinding out TKA, speed powerups are nice.
