Thread: which column is the best for TK defences?

I am master swordsman/fencer/brawler 2/0/0/0 medic
I can get 1 full tree and 1 extra box in TK, should I go 0/40/1 or 0/1/0/4?
I just want it for the def not for dmg or boost
anyone help would be great!

I want whatever is going to help me more.
I have a range defence of +99 and melee def +101
I also have all the stat defences from swordsman and fencer
will dmg midigation stack? cuase one of those columns would give me melee dmg mid 2

Your ranged and melee defense is almost capped already, so you want the state defenses. Do the balance line.
Also, mitigation is an ability, not a skill, and abilities don't stack. When you have melee mitigation 2, it's not a +2 to melee mitigation, it means you're at level 2 of melee mitigation. Whatever profession gives you the highest is what you have, so if (for example) fencer gave you mitigation 1 and TKA gave you mitigation 2 (because you have more skills in TKA) then you have mitigation 2.
