the new patch came out today and i am TOTALLY DISGUSTED !!!! my hit damage is way down and i seem to drop pretty quickly now . this is great ,im just a walking target now for everything!!!!! i think im throwing this so called "SWG" , RIGHT IN THE TRASH!!!! ive spent so much time building tks skills i want to vomit!!! IF SOE WANTED TO POUND ME IN THE REAR THEY COULD OF USED SOME LUBE !!!!!

A very sad day for Unarmed Combat trainees and professionals across the galaxies.

1st) To begin with, for some strange reason we have the slowest attack rate in the game. 4.0 seconds to swing a fist or throw a kick and NO WAY to ever improve it except to ARM ourselves.

2nd) Unarmed is the lowest damage of any class/weapon in the game.

3rd) To become even CLOSE to competitive, Unarmed MUST ARM themselves with a Vibroknuckler. Meaning there is no such thing a a (viable) UNARMED class in the game to begin with.

4th) Take away the weapon (aka Vibro Knucklers) from the Unarmed class and restrict it to Teras Kasi - the SO CALLED masters of UNARMED combat. LOL

I challenge anyone to convince a police officer or judge that you are unarmed when wielding brass knuckles ( the closest RL equivalent to VK).

5th) Unarmed martial arts styles are just that... UNARMED. No friggin brass knuckles or blades or anything else like that. Pure and simple - hands, feet and body. Why in the heck would they put in VKs in the first place? If you want to wield a melee weapon, there are 3 other routes you can go!!!

I thought we were "Unarmed"? It is actually in the skill name... "Intermediate Unarmed" "Expert Unarmed" "MASTER Unarmed"

Do you see what I'm getting at here or is it still to difficult a concept to grasp?

GET RID OF THE DAM*ED VKs *ENTIRELY* AND FIX THE UNARMED AND TERAS KASI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right now, Unarmed and Teras Kasi are nothing more than a joke.

Officially Placing the SWG "YOU HAVE BEEN NERFED INTO OBLIVION" patch upon this post (on the backside in actual handwriting from one of the developers (cause they sure aint developing the game and have tons of free time) is a note "Go read a Star Wars Novel if you wanna be a TKA"

that is funny because unarmed damage went up with the patch on both regular hits and special attacks...

you couldn't be further from the truth. there is an easy way around it. just think macros

THATS REAL FUNNY !!yesterday i regular hit for 350 to 500 ....and now 250! yeah your right ,they sure went up.and i also like to ad that i got dropped by two bobcats today. NOW THATS REAL FUNNY!!!!!

Unfortunately its a very sad joke.

Its too bad the developers of this game have such casual disregard for large numbers of their paying customers.

It will be interesting to see if they wise up before its too late.

Has anyone seen how poorly Asheron's Call 2 is doing? They just got done consolodating over half of their servers and are rapidly dying.

Top 2 complaints for AC2, you ask?

1) Chat

2) Dinking around with charater classes and making them no longer viable for weeks or months at a time rather than fixing the numerous bugs.

Hmmmmmm. Anyone else see any parallels here?
