The 4 days is elapsed days, i.e., I got TK novice on Thursday and by the end of play Sunday night I was TKM.

Purely did Huurton Stalker missions on Dantooine ( 9.6k - 9.8k )

Each lair spawns 6 Huurton, but there's a chance for a baby with each of the 3, 4, 5 and 6 spawn.
On average I would guess that I got 4.5 Huurton adults per lair. Now for some calculation:

4.5 Huurton @ 4.5k average XP per mob + 4.5k for lair = 24.75k Unarmed XP and 2.5k Combat XP
2 missions per run ( 1set )= 49.5k Unarmed XP, 5k Combat XP
Taking an average run distance of 2.5km per mission I was doing each set of missions in 20 minutes
3 mission sets per hour = 148.5k Unarmed XP/Hour and 15K Combat XP/Hour
Power/Meditate/Balance lines = 3.675M XP

3.675M / 148.5K =24.75 hours of play to get TKM from no XP in novice.

Another benefit of this is that I made 1.2 million credits from missions alone, and a further half million from the sale of the wooly hide.

I'm working on Huurton Pack lair missions and killing Huurton Huntresses and such as I see them. I'll probably move up to Stalkers soon, the Huurtons are pretty darn easy, so are the Huntresses (1 at a time).

I seriously dont see how u killed them. I have no i dea what kin of creatures those even are but for 9-10k per mission they have to be sorta hard. And right now im only unarmed 3. Is it really that much better when u become TKA. I want to go for it but its really hard fighting unarmed. When i was working on regular pistol at lvl 3 i could take out alot more than i can unarmed. Also I seen some guy that was TKA i think and i looked at the combat screen to see how much damage he was hitting for and i saw he was using something called cho mok and was doing like 2000 damage per hit. What is cho mok?

How did you handle the social assist of the hurtons?

They assist so how did you take on more than one or were you able to pull one at a time.

If you were able to pull one can you explain how please?

Thanks and congratulations.

Well I would like to know what you had for a profession other than tka. Because 1..as a novice alone you arent soloing those lairs in 20 minutes for 2 lairs. And there is no way I can solo two lairs in 20 minutes as a tk student at 0-3-3-2. So if you had big pets or were a master in some other profession then good for you..

Um.. I think he stated in the sig of his original post that he's also a master ranger. Does that help kill the doggies? Hmm..

I'd assume pets, thats what I'm using to take out the social aspect. even a rock beetle would work, my GSP was barely scratched. Master ranger doesn't have anything that would help him take creatures 1 at a time, but its only 17 skill points to use GSPs (CH 1/1/0/0), and even a rockbeetle with its light armor could tank regular huurtons long enough for you to kill the 2 that usually spawn with the lair and the single huurtons

Further, composite armor + medic skills are handy. Novice TKA isn't alot of skill points, 35 to be exact, you have PLENTY of skill points to add medic and buy some highly experimented stim b's for 350-400 healing before you even add on extra medic skill box bonuses.

As for the difference bettwen Unarmed III and Novice TKA (0/0/0/1). My combat window damage at Unarmed III-IV was about 90dmg/3-4seconds. Now I'm seeing 250-350dmg/sec... Yes, novice TKA makes a BIG difference, add on VK's, or spam unarmed II without VK's for massive damage. I took out a Peko Peko in about 20 seconds without using specials or a pet.

I finished up TKM this weekend doing Huurton Stalkers, very nice sweet XP spot.

20 min for 2 missionsis a realistic average assuming you have no problems. They spawn in 2's and very easy to split. I used a pet to pull and please save the comments on pet usage. I happen to love being CH as much as TKA.

Back to pulling singles. If Stalkers are close together, target one and have pet attack. Immediately have pet back off by using follow. What you will find is the other Stalker hasaggro on your pet.Target the other and you should see the crossed lightsaberswith it charging your pet. Make sure you are far enough away to not aggrothe one you orginally targeted. I usually back away with my pet as it charges. Then kill it. I warcry, KD2, equipVK then spam UA2.Usually finish before it gets a chance to get back up. Go back and finish the one waiting at the lair by himself.

After tapping the lair once, Iback away from lair. When I seea red dot appear, I have pet attack the lair thenfollow. The newly spawned Stalker will aggro pet. Rinse and repeat. BTW, using the lair to aggro only works if you already damaged the lair.

Go back for the 3rd and finalround ofStalkers by hitting lair. UA2no VKabout 5 or 6 times to get last duo to spawn.

Please note I used a non-ranged pet to pull, if you use a ranged pet, be sure to stand 70-80 meters back outta the ranged attack distance of spitting pet or else both will aggro.

I don't know if it will work the same if you hit attack and peace yourself and try to pull, let someone esle enlighten us on that.

Hope that helps...

I know that the huurton pack lair only spawns one real huurton per spawn cycle. the other 3 are pups which i don't even bother to hit. I just AE once and all three die while i'm attacking the main big guy. So it's possible, but I don't know about those 9k huurton missions. They sound like pain incarnate.

Congratulations on your grinding effort Raspi and being willing to share it with the community.

Now that you're done becoming a grinding master (seriously, not easy, good job), it's time for you to become a Teras Kasi Master. You need to learn tactics, techniques and what each mean and their use. The purpose for Teras Kasi is to watch the Jedi and keep them from ruining another civilizaton as they did our ancient ancestors, this means facing Jedi in battle if necessary. If you're used to Hurrtons, a Jedi will not even notice your presence in battle, it's time to change that.

Partake in PvP. Learn it and the way that people (real people) react to your moves and learn your weaknesses and know them better than anyone so you know how to hide and disuise them. You have a longer road mentally ahead of you than you just finished walking with little angry mongrels. Good luck and a Teras Kasi Master to help you, it'll benefit you to build on their knowledge and add to it to become your own.

25hours in 4 days, not counting idle hours healing wounds and such... especially wasting a weekend where you could have been out with people...

Congrats. I reached TKM with huurton stalker missions too. I pull them to me one by one with a pet sitting in town for the extra xp bonus being in groups. I pull them by starting combat with my fist 60m away and on the stalker that I don't want to attack. That will pull the one that I wanted to attack to me. If they are too far apart, I would use a cdef pistol and shoot the one that I want to attack. All in all. they are not that tough once you get the hang of it. **edit** luck to all you TKN on the way to TKM.
