Im almost finished up master pistoleer and then it will be time to master TKA for my triple master template and I was wondering what if any armor do you find the best in PvE?

I hear advanced Ubese is good.

Composite...I've seen kinetic resists up in the 80s.

Advanced Ubese or Advanced Chitin. Advanced Chitin is useful for times you are just fighting creatures and just want kinetic defense, mainly because it is inexpensive to obtain. I use advanced Ubese armor because I like to fight at the Tusken fort and on Dathomir. If you are human or trando, might as well go with composite since you have good freedom with stat migration.

Trandoshans have good options with stat migration?

600/700 MINIMUM health secondaries and 450/400 MAXIMUM action secondaries?

i mix my armor around while tka. i have 80% kinetic composite gloves and 60% overall composite boots but the rest is all high kinetic advanced ubese ranging from 65%-71% towards kinetic. i also have a 71% kinetic ubese helm hotkeyed. the kinetic % really makes the difference and its low encumberance armor allowing for easier special use. i've got an armor macro to switch betweenmelee andranged armor configurations. ranged is more composite pieces added to the mix. of course make sure to have it sliced for encumb

No, but since they can't wear gloves and boots they can handle composite armor encumbrance. In my opinion, if you are Trando or Human you should go with composite. If you are zabrak go with Ubese. I'm not sure what the Twi'leks, Bothans, and Mon Cal prefer.
