Did any of you TKA master try and solo Mellichae on your way to jedi? In the Jedi profession forum Ihave seen different reports and guides saying different things, ranging from "absolutely impossible" to "a master melee profession should be enough". Any idea?

I have helped 2 people with mallichaeand a TkM cannot solo him. A rifleman on the other hand has a farily good chance. I kited him for over 25k damage on him before he finally got to me. I recommend you take atleast 5 or 6 people with you and make sure one of them is a master rifleman cos he can take out the crystals without being aggro'd.

I tried to solo him once on TC2 during testing, and I would say with 97% confidence that a TKM will not solo him. If you don't have medical skills, bring at least a few that do. He seemed to be roughly on par with a spiderclan elder or just a tad weaker.

With Feign death and medic skills you could probably do it, but it would take a while. Make sure to bring stuff like PSG, synthsteak, etc.

Easier just to get a Rifleman to conceal shot.

I am also Master Creature Handler. What about unleashing three rancors on him and/or the other bad guys while I take off the crystals?

A TKM can do good against him, but make sure you have at least 1 doctor 2 rifleman and 1 jedi.

Yeah I'd said if you know a jedi friend...ask him/her to come along. He is slightly vunerable to LS attacks.
