I guess I need to clarify. I agree with what you are saying, there are definately some tough objects out there that can kick my tail. My frustration is with my inability to obtain those missions through the mission terminal. Some planets, Dathomire for example, I have no problem getting a mission that fits what I'm looking for...they are usually right on. On other planets, however, I am unable to obtain missions on the computer that I know are within my capability. I use the Mountain Squill mission on Tattooine merely because it is one I am most familiar with.
I completely agree that there are plenty of creatures out there and quests that give me a run for my money. I just think it would be more convenient if we were able to use the mission selector consistently on each planet to find missions that fit our particular skill set.
Hopefully, this clarifies things a bit. I'm not complaining that the game no longer holds any challenge. LOL. I'm just saying it's a lot easier to find those challenging missions through a terminal rather than searching the planet for the mission you know fits.
I know I'll still come across as a whiner. I still love the game, I just think a different type of mission terminal would make the game more enjoyable.

you realise you are complaining about missions being to easy on a STARTER planet? Do some missions unbuffed on Yavin or Dath, then retract your post...

Gotta agree with Sly. Tatoine is nothing. Go to Dathomir and take a giant baz nitch mission unbuffed and tell me its no challenge. You could also trvel to the NS-Stronghold or the Crystalhunter-Cave on Dantooine. I'm sure there will be some challenge for you. If not plz tell me your template

Well, not exactly what he is getting at...
Basically if you group up, you can get some decent missions on the "starter" planets. But if you are not in a group they are not there...and they SHOULD be...because they are within you ability to complete the mission. It's a challenge, without having to trapse across the galaxy.
People keep talking ELITE and STARTER, but if you can't get enough challenge from the starter and the Elite is too much, well...that shoots down the choices now...doesn't it?

Starter planets have a reason for their name. You simply can't spawn stuff like Jantas on Tatooine since its only used by noobs (no offense). The chance to runinto them as a noob would be to high. The starter planets are for the basic proffesions. For example you are doing marksman pistol-tree and TKA then Tatooine with its Tuskens, Jabbas and Valerian thugs is a challenge. Once you've obtained a novice elite box its time to move to Dantooine. There you'll find the stuffs uitable for you. Once you've mastered the elite proffesion you can go to Dathomir or Yavin or do Nyax or Crystal hunter. And the reason that there are no Kryat, NS or DWB missions is, that those guys drop the good stuff. Just imagine what it would be like if you get a mission "Kill 10 Black Suns" or "Kill 3 Canyon Kryats". All the fun of searching them would be gone and everybody with a decent template would be able to loot BH-Armor, Kryat Tissues,NS-Stuff or DE-10 parts. This would mean bye-bye Tradeforums and trade in general because everyone could just go out and find theire stuff themselves. I think the mission-system is good as it is

well, now add Krayts to missions and I'll agree...but otherwise, no.
I can and do take Mokk missions unbuffed often. It's not that hard...and they rank pretty high on Dantooine. So, what you are saying is that if we could do night sister missions or Krayt missions then they would be hard enough to prevent these arguments?
Discuss this with me, because I don't see any of the caves being mentioned in any missions...and I KNOW there are no Krayt missions. So how am i going to do the caves and earn $ from missions doing them?

im sorry but as u all keep on saying about started and elite planets HE was only useing Tat as a example he means that BECAUSE he can solo a Mountain Squill he should be free to be able to pick their missionson tat it doesnt matter if its a noob planet it can be adapted to anyof the planets. soif i can solo anenraged rancors on dathby what nyurra is saying i SHOULD be able to pick them up as a mission with out needing a solo group
btw i agree with him (you'll have to forgive me about my spelling)

I had this kind of a problem, then I bought an AT-ST group it with me when taking missions and most of these problems go away.
