Just did the grind to TK novice for the 3rd time (why oh why do i keep changing from what i love? last time i swear. )

Anyways...

Previously i had done it the old fashioned way....either grinding slowly enjoying it (1st time) or controlling the quenker population (2nd time).

this time i took the advice of some of my fellow compadres here. the borgle bat cave on rori is damn skippy. with the respawn rate increased (or decreased?) i actually completed the grind (that particular part)in a little under an hour.

fast vk, spin attack. go to bottom of cave and work back up...repeat ( i think three times) you will be constantly fighting. didn't get any good tapes though (has anyone ever?)

i wholeheartedly recommend this route for those that are grinding their way up for the second or third time.

1st timers....take the slow route. i know that is sucks. but it is well worth it. one of the most enjoyable tmes i have had playing this game is that first grind up to tkm. (i actually thought about it a lot last night) I felt that i truly earned that jump in power that comes at TKN. and that, my friends, is true enjoyment.

Yep, this works wonders for ANY level 4 melee profession looking toget to novice. I did it with swordsman 2 nights ago, 45 minutes later I was novice and 1/2 way to the next box. Yes, I like the bat cave...but it's loot is almost useless now after the nerf. I never went pre nerf, but I sure as heck have a LOT of +1 attachments now
