I want to know where i coud find out what mods capp out at(Dodge, melee def. ect)

But to cover a few for you:

Dodge, CounterAttack, Block (& in theory Deffence Accuity however you can't get more then what you have for TKM) cap at +125

Ranged & Melee Deffence +125

Skill tapes can only add up to +25 & cannotgo higher then the +125 on those mods.

Foods can go above those camps as can Squad Leader Bonuses.

Speed caps at +100
