What kind of foods, drinks, and/or spices do you guys use on a consistent basis?

i bought about 30k worth of tat sunburn,and trust me you can take down anything, just spam whatever move you like, say if you are getting mob'd, use kd1, then spam unarmedspin, you can kill 4 6k ham animals in a shnizzzzzzap !!!!!!!

Could someone give a little bit more of a n00b guid to food/drink/spice uses and where to get a hold of this stuff?

What is a tatoeen sunburn and where do I get them? What else is there and where can I find it?
