One of the reasons I will not give up VK's atm is because w/o VK's I hit very slowly im currently 0/1/1/1 and am wondering by the time you get to master if VK's affect the speed of your attack at all

I beleave at around power 4 your speed is capped without vk's at master definatly.

Hmm... does that include specials... if someone else can verify what the previous poster said about speed for normal attack being maxed at master... I will certainly drop my VK's for better HAM efficiency

All moves.. regardless if ranged, melee, medicsor otherwise are capped at 1 second.

Lemme say that again ALL MOVES..... IN THE ENTIRE GAME... are capped at 1 second per use. Regardless if it's a stimpack, knockdown, pistol users, melee, rifles... etc etc etc.... can only do anything at a minimum speed of 1 second. NO ONE can perform ANY MOVES OF ANY KIND faster than 1 sec.

No there is no difference in speed with or without vibro-knuckler at master, I think this happened at Power 4, but I only spent 2 days between power 4 and master TKA so i wouldnt remember

At master you can spam specials at 1/sec w/o vk's. I have two sets of Vk's. One for every day use that has VERY low ham. And another set for when i get a Doc buff, Very high damage and ham. Mostly i dont use vk's unless the mob or person has armor on. Then i equip my low ham set. If im buffed i really wax the floor with the high damage set. With muon gold and doctors buff, the highest ham vk's cost 12mind for unarmed hit 3. (202action w/o buff/muon)

I don't even use VKs anymore, hit just as fast without and it's much easier on the ham costs.

You'll hit your speed cap with normal and special attacks at Power 4. VK's won't help anything but damage after that point.
