At what LVL in TKA meditation can you start to heal wounds, help a novice TKA out plz

Happen to know how much of a difference there is between Med IV adn TK Master? Meditation was my last tree so I went immediately to Master. I'm gonna have to start dropping some TK skills so for awhile per holocron professions. I can keep Med IV and nothing else. Or divy it up and try to do Bal & Power I or something. I'm leaning towards Med IV for the slef healing, powerboost, and force of will.

can't say fully what the difference is... however you heal wounds a lot faster at Master TK, due to the simple fact that instead of healing roughly a maximum of 15 wounds a time, you heal more like 30 a time. Otherwise it seems to be no different in actual tick speed.

Yeah between IV and Master it's faster....
