Thread: ? about mastering tka
Just finished mylatest tkm in just under 4 days from novice brawler. On average I played 5 hours a day. Started in theed with a 1.5 speed vk and killed newb critters till ua2 then moved on to Spineflaps and Kaadu's. Got to novice tk the first day this way. Spent a little of the second day on endor helping a friend and gaining kd then off to rancor land for the rest...3k xpeach to start and works up to 5k each very quickly..and the valley is full of em..1 to 2 hours in a single150m by 150m area..Key is try not to kill nests, just clean the spawned mobs then move to next nest. They will naturally respawn over time.. Eventually you will have to use the traditional tap the lair method.Usually 2 to 4 nests on radar at any given time.Ithink I alsofound their aggro point, if i run towards one till i get to 25M then turn and start running away it will almost always aggro andchase, leaving his buddies standing clueless behind him... Sometimes you get 3 or 4 come at you but more often than not they stop and start fighting each other, otherwise burst and come back.I got 1M xp or more for each of the last 3 days doing this. I also had enough combat exp to give me 2 boxes upon novice. Combo I used is intimidate as i pull them from the nest, then kd/warcry. If that connects then ua2 like a banshee. Intimidate is mandatory at all times and I found the kd works very well
Cept the enraged bull rancor and their area dizzy/kd combo...I suggest you let them be.
Oh and the most important thing about this method... Doc buffs, both spice/food for the mindand at least some medic is required (First Aid = Friend). Fast but expensive! I am also a Mon Cal with 1300/800/600 for mind stats which is nice for ua2 spamming..You also collect 200k+ bone/meat/hide ![]()
