i want to know if this is a bug or not that way i dont get slammed with a ban.

my VK's condition is at 0 but i still get a little speed boost, the AP rating, and also the HAM costs.

is this a bug?

As far as I know it is not a Bug however to be Safe i would recomend not using it.

dont know if its really a bug, but your damage will be capped at 1500 with those vks...so not worth it to keep using them...

Now if you are using them to reapply poisons, that is a known exploit and the devs delete those weapons as they find them.

There were 2 instances where exceptional poison weapons had failed repairs, but you could still use them to apply their Uber poisons...the weapons were confiscated...
