Where do mind fire vk's drop from? I have heard that people have them but no-one seems to know where they got them from...

enraged racors drop them but are VERY VERY rare.. go to lok and kill any mercenary especaliy nym npcs you have better chance looting vks from them

I once found an action fire one off the mercenaries, but the stats weren't worth keeping.
