Been a long time since I was on last, say a year or so, so to say that I have been out of the loop would be a understatement.

But I was just wondering what the good food and drink might be, that is the most effective for us.

If you could enlighten me it would be awesome, and please use the proper names for them, please.

That way I wil know what I am talking about when I start pestering the poor chefs
