What I'm looking for is something to help me go against all those wonderful mobs that are kinetic resistant. I'm getting sick and tired of taking forever on some things, and getting wailed on everytime I go on the corvette or I go to the DWB.
Right now I'm Master TK, Doc 4/4/4/0 and have about 31 open points. Where should I allocate them to get an non Kinetic damage type?
(Excuse my spelling, When I am at work I lose 30 IQ points)

I currently have TKM, Master swords, and master brawler, and some scout so i don't crawl up the hills. I have the Swordsman because it seems to do the most damage the mobs, especially when you can use hammers and scythes. That would be my suggestion, but i'm not sure how high you could go in it. I think you would be able to do 1 or 2 boxes max in it.

TKM and Doc 4440 should leave you with 33 extra points.
I'm a pistoleer which opens up a variety of damage types, but you don't even have enough points for novice pistoleer.
Since you want PvE offensive abilities I'll second the sentiment about swordsman skills. You have enough skills for 0300 swordsman, which gives you 2-Hand Head Hit 3 and +15 2 hand speed. Do that and pick up a good powerhammer (probably a speed-sliced one) and you would probably do well against kinetic resist folks.

Hehe, I still suggest TKM Master commando with 1-0-0-0 medic, I mean, how fun is it when you kill a stacker in PVP with one of the most "gimped" Ranged professions? 
Plus its always fun to stack burns on krayts for 6k+ a tick

I am same as Ronin, only i have no scout.. and instead i have 4/0/0/0 fencer for the +defense mods, and i have medic so i can use stim Bs. seems to work very well for me
