At which box can I heal my own wounds/bleeds/poison/diseasewith meditate?

From the FAQ stickied above:

When you issue the /meditate command, your toon takes a meditation pose. Here's what mediation skill can do for each level of meditation. Note that each additional level increases the speed of the previous levels heals.

Teräs Käsi Novice: cure bleeding

Intermediate Meditative Techniques: cure bleeding + cure poison

Advanced Meditative Techniques: cure bleeding + cure poison + cure disease

Expert Meditative Techniques: cure bleeding + cure poison + cure disease (nothing new)

Master Meditative Techniques:= cure bleeding + cure poison + cure disease + cure wounds

In addition, Meditate will make your HAM regenerate faster than standing. I'm unsure if it is faster than sitting (although I think it is at least as fast). This is just from personal observation.

I'm only 0/0/2/1 right now and I use meditate to regen faster. From what I've seen, it is faster than sitting.

I've compared over a long period of time and found that sitting and meditating regenerate HAM the same. Meditate heals faster than standing, but only because the system equates meditate with sitting.

Meditate I : heal bleeds

Meditate II : powerboost

Meditate III : heal poison / disease

Meditate IV : Force of Will / heal wounds

This is the correct process I believe.. you get a little better at healing things as you get farther up.. for example at meditat 3 you will heal bleed faster than at meditate 1.

No NikolaTesla, none of them do. You cant meditate while on fire. Would be cool though...

How about when your body is being ravaged by poison or disease, or when bleeding to death?

At master you'll heal wounds every 5 seconds or so, at 4 I think it's about 6 seconds.

No, it's much faster than that. More like every other second. And it doesn't speed up from Med 4 to Master, but you do heal more wounds per tick.
