I'm a TKM, Master Doctor, 0/0/4/0 Pikeman, and I was wondering if I should invest in any speed, accuracy, etc. tapes

id go for polearm speed ca tapes if i where you, it helps me alot with close to the same temp.

Well before I could say to buy one kind of weapon accuracy tape or not I'd have to first ask what kind of weapon do you fight with? Since if you fight with a Katarn then buying polearm accuracy tapes, just to use the previous posters suggestion as an example, won't really do you any good.
