All I gota say is I think this has worked like 1 time in 20.

Powerboost incapping you sux too. Just got 2 incaps from powerboost killing me =P.

Got incapped from mind. Finally get up... powerboost wears off, incap, regen get up almost instantly, tic.. incap, dead.

Actually, I use this with fair regularity and I'd say it's a bit closer to 10% effective. I frequently tango with mobs that are a little out of my solo reach counting on feign death to save me (Master TK, Master Smuggler, soon to be Master Pistoleer), when I'm too slow on the FD trigger I try to fire off force of will before the db and run like hell.

It's very nice when it works, but that's not very often :-)
