Some Queen or, at least Boss Nightsister. Apparently, she drops the NS Vibro item needed for the Black Razor item.

yeah, the head nightsister is what drops that for the new RK's. Good luck getting it though, TKM's certainly can't do it as you can have 50 TKM's fighting her and she will only laugh as your attacks only tickle her.. Get ready to pay 1 to 5 million for a new RK once someone loots a NS Vibro motor from her.

Sorry man - here's some cheese. 
All I'm saying is get a group of people and you'll be fine at having a chance for the NS Vibro Unit. Don't be scared to make friends. They won't knock on your door in the middle of the night. You don't have to buy them anything on their birthdays. You won't have to miss your favorite show (Network TV I'm guessing) because thier car broke down and they need a ride to the grocery store. All these myths are false. FALSE I SAY! Here's a sample script to practice with:
You: Hi - nice gun. Wanna go kill some nightsisters?
Potential Friend: Sure!
You: Can I have the NSVU if we loot it? You can have anything else that drops.
Potential Friend: Sounds like a deal - I'm just looking for xp.
You: Maybe we can get some more people...
Newfound Friend: I'll help!
You: Great!
