Novice, you can stop bleeding.
med 1, you get the ability to stop poison and an increase to bleed stopping.
Med 2, you get power boost and imporved abilities from 1 and novice.
Med 3, you can stop diseases, and get increased healing from 1 and 2, enhance to Power Boost timer.
Med 4, You can meditate away your wounds, get force of will, as well as improved healing from 1, 2, & 3, and boost to power boost timer.

EDIT: Thanks Oberon. I forgot that Med 3 and 4 increased the PB timer.

I belive it's 7 min at lvl 2 med when you get power boost and 10 min at master.
