mine are 400/400/400 400/400/400 1100/800/1100, I dont wear armor most of the time....no real need in PvE(except big stuff - night sisters, krayts, etc...) if you have buffs

Health and Action between 400 to 800
Mind 900 to 1100.
Mind Secondaries at least 500 for both, preferably higher for one of the two stats.
Health/Action secondaries 400 to 600 depending on how many points you have left over.
It all really varies depending on the skills you have. But, bottom line, Mind/Mind secondariesare the most important to you, then your other secondaries, then Health/Action pools. If you have a nice stock of brandy, you can get away with pulling somepoints from mind and putting them into your other stats since your mind will be buffed enough to not have to worry about it dropping.
With just TKA skills and no medic(and not easy access to buffs much of the time on Test Center where I play) I run my stats(roughly,I don't recall the exact numbers):
800/550/500
800/550/500
800/450/400
Then drink two 400+ brandies and powerboost at all times. If I had medic skills or access to buffs regularly I'd drop my Health and Action pools to 500 and put all those points into my mind and mind secondaries.
Hope that helps
