Thread: Take smuggler after publish 9?

TH has confirmed that after the smuggler revamp in pbulish 9, dirty fighting will involve unarmed fighting aswell, since it demands Unarmed IV as needed for becomming a smuggler.


It might be possible that Smugglers dirty fighting skill tree will involve unarmed skill mods or special unarmed attacks, like smugglers currently last ditch and low blow!

If Smuggler after pub 9, would benefit TKA greatly, would you pick it up?



TKA + Smuggler + master brawler = For the ultimate TKA?

I'm doing it! I'm not a TKA, but I'm gonna do it. I plan on being a TKAM + Smuggler + Master Pistoleer before publish 9.



We don't have time to discuss this in a committee.

If the DF tree gets unarmed moves, they will be treated much like the pistol moves. There are currently no mods in the DF tree for either pistol or unarmed. Basically, a pure smuggler is a novice brawler and novice marksman.


I would expect to see good utility moves and possibly one high damage move that will have a high delay and poor accuracy. Still, if we follow the current example, DF + Pistoleer and / or DF + TKM should be fairly effective.

I already got Smuggler's dirty fighting line. Feign Death is very useful to stay alive, and a ranged knockdown never hurt anyone using it.

This will just increase the effectivness of a Pistoleer/TKA/Smuggler.
