Didn't see anything relating to this in the FAQ..and I can't be asked to search for it..
Does the Unarmed Damage mod only work if you are using bare knuckles? Or will it also take effect (and add extra damage to my attacks) if I am using any other TK weapon (be it Blaster Fists, Katarn, etc)..
Thanks.

It only works when you are unarmed.. not using katarnknucklers, blaster fist, etc.

Has anyone tested if Bare Knucks +25 Unarmed Damage > Katarn Knucks w/Damage Slice & SAC Pup?
Im talking about the aspects of..
- Katarn vs. Bareknucks (+25) - SAC
- Katarn vs. Bareknucks (+25) - Speed
- Katarn vs. Bareknucks (+25) - Damage
Once again, thanks..and jebahs this forum is dead..

I have tested them... Katarn wins, in every way.
Knuckles have more action cost *BOGGLE!*.
Knuckles have a slower speed.
Knuckles have less damage.
But, in the end, bare knuckles at MTK are very good by themselves.. they are comparable to the Katarn before sliceing puping..
I belive they would be the same dmg, but the katarn knuckles have the elemental cold 120 dmg.

In response to the first post, I'm pretty sure when you have knucklers on you are considered unarmed. If you look at your character sheet, when you equipe a gun it pops up as "offense (ranged)" and "defence (ranged)" and when you put on a knucker, or nothing, it pops up as "offense (unarmed)" and "defence (unarmed)". Not sure about a sword, I would imagine it would be melee or something, but I can't test. If people are noticing that when they have a knuckler on the mods do nothing, and from that assuming that it must mean they are not technically "unarmed" that's just cause all the mods are broken and don't really do anything noticeable. I could easily be wrong, this is just MY observations.
