if you Master defender and a TKM which armor does the system use??

At any point in time it will use whichever is highest. In your case it would use Master Defender.

How much more damage does master defender..well...defend compared to teras kasi?

I am still curious if there is a way to use reg CoB when you are a MTKA .... because then your base defence with that and Force Aura will be 750. and that is not counting the regular defences you get... that would put you well over the 1k defence.

TK innate armor is equivalent to 6000 to all resistances. Master Defender innate armor is equivalent to 7000 to all resistance.
TK has ICOB, Master Defender has Imp Force Aura, both of which add +500 to defense. So in that respect they're equal. However Master Defender has a higher base Melee/Ranged Defense than a TK, although if you add another combat class the difference almost disappears.

Force Aura and CoB don't stack.
