Knockdown2 does a dizzy, so doing dizzy beforehand isn't needed. UnarmedHit3 has a chance of blinding or stunning (or I've even heard cause a bleed). Warcry is sort of pointless if you follow it up with an attack, as that breaks the delay. It is useful, however, when soloing a ranged opponent.
So....
If you're still at a distance from a ranged opponent, Warcry.
Then maybe a blind or stun.
Then a knockdown2.
Then UnarmedHit3 a couple times.
If it manages to stand up, intimidate until it sticks.
Blind and or stun if they haven't stuck yet.
Then follow up with the appropriate attacks for the situation (UH3, headhit, combo, etc.).

intimidate is the best move in the game, loop it in a macro and depending on who your target is, apply the appropriate damage. Tactics and specials change (blind riflemen etc) but intimidate will keep you alive and let you do some damage. Burstrun is pretty useful too

But I am kinda looking for a macro for tkm in pvp, and running and intemmdiate macro will fill up your action screen what is the timing on the loop for intimidate.

when tanking super battle droids, them suckers CAN be knocked down...
kd2
headhit x 4
rinse repeat
they stay down for about 5 seconds when you do this, allowing you and your mates to push some extra damage into that thing.

I'm still tinkering with it right now.15 seconds seems ok for now, if its still stuck from before, I figure as long as the targets intimidated I'm ok and one special wasted in the combat queue is no big loss. The only other ones I run are a centre macro, and something like a lunge/dizzy/blind (I'm still tinkering here-replacing blind with UA3 as it blinds and bleeds) or was it dizzy/lunge/blind? Whatever it is, it works well enough against fencer/swordsmen and gets them on the ground easy enough, though I originally made it for riflemen to blind them because I hate them.

I last ditch with my geo generally, so I can do heavy damage as I apply the stun and keep my distance when I need to, I don't use that many macro's
macro for cob is roughly (I'm at work so I can't remember it precisely atm), Create a macro calledcob
/centreofbeing;
/pause 35;(depending on your centre duration plus 1 second)
/macro cob
same kind of thing for intimidate macro too but first line is more like;
/Intimidate1 <target>;
/pause **;
/nameofmacro;
Please remember I'm typing these from memory so they're prolly wrong but I hope you get the general idea. I need totest the int macro duration a bit more but the "triple threat" pvpsticky in the smuggler forum by Caylin has it I think
