I have been using the improved taunt to keep the aggro on me but I am still not sure whether this is an area attack or not. Can anyone clarifiy this? Thanks, I appreciate it.

nope, it's not an area.

there is an area taunt..from swordsman i think? i have it but i can't recall which tree it's from.

i always stick to improved taunt 'cause it's much easier to deal with one critter at a time these days.

doesn't make sense that Swordsman gets an AOE taunt when there "role" is dmg dealer does it? Tanks shoud get it I would think...

It is indeed in the swords tree - 0100, and 0300 for improved.

I agree that swords is probably the least logical place for it, though - either Pike or TK (or both) should have it, while swordsman should have the best single target taunt.

Odd indeed. Course I'm MSwords, TKM, Pike to be, so I'll cover them all, but that might be something for the devs to look at....

i agree, makes sense to switch it them around and give TKM the AOE.

i'd say fix our KoK first, though

Thanks, i just wanted to make sure that i am not the one aggroing the entire mob when i am out there hunting
