why do the numbers in my skill mods list (cntrl+s) not the same as my numbers in my character sheet(cntrl+c)
skill mods list: unarmed speed +70/+81
charcater sheet: speed 30+81
my general melee speed is 30, but why am i losing speed in my character sheet? what am i missing? seems confusing to me... i thought the number after the slash in your skill mods list is mod numbers (aa/ca, be clothes)

the number after the slash in your skill mods (Ctrl + S) is with ca, aa, or BE clothing. In Ctrl + C, that is your current mods and skillsin your current state. These numbers will not match the skill mods. These numbers are your adjusted numbers of what state you're currently in. To prove this, take on and off BE clothes, equip a weapon, then take it off. You'll see these numbers change as your status changes. The numbers in Ctrl + C are the accurate ones. The skill mods in Ctrl +Sjust tell you what you've learned, but don't take into account what you're equipped with.
