Would there be some utility in you making a special email to the devs reporting back the testing with KD1 and 2 and comparing it with pistolwhip? This patch is completely messed up and the final KD costs are MUCH different than what was on test according to mettec's post. This isn't a nerf as much as it is a breaking of the profession. Be nice and polite but let them know the whole board is in depressed rant mode and requested you send the email. They answered a commando correspondent email yesterday (was looking for new professions) apart from the standard replies, so there's precedent and it's worth a shot.

Yep, won't do much good. Seems every time we try to be civil and request a change to make our class able to even compete a little we get the SOE, "We will look into that." *Wait a month* "Try harder, you just need to use skill." Im angry with this patch, why are we getting slapped so hard, it doesnt seem right. Doesn't seem right at all!

Woohoo, BOTH my professions are nerfed now!! Commando has always been, only slightly less with new patch. Now the one fun thing that I have been doing, TKA, is now jacked. GO SOE!!

And yes, the commando rep, resigned and canceled his account from frustration w/ how SOE is handling commandoes.

It's not right, but we'll have to deal with it until we can get a response. People can jump ship if they want, I don't blame them with all the negative reactions we've been getting, but I know I'm going nowhere just yet.

I'm half-way through the TKAtree and it took me quite a while to get there. I'm not about to give up and start over because of one unreasonable nerf.

I just don't have the time or patience to go through this with another class, heh.

Yes, I don't advocate quitting. I just recommend putting any tera kasi characters on hold until this is addressed. If they don't fix it and you've known how bad it is since this patch, you'll kick yourself if you spend even another week advancing a character with no future.

I am just going to retire my master for a bit and start a new gun-toting, pistol whipping exploiting fool on a new server. Seems they get all the breaks =)
