It depends on what level meditate you have. Around 7 minutes at meditate 2, 8 minutes at 3, 9 minutes at 4, and 10 minutes at master. It also has a 30 second power up and power down period.

The instant you are in the meditate position you can hit powerboost and stand back up. So maybe 5 or 6 seconds to meditate, hit power boost, then stand again. Once you hit power boost, the following happens:
1) Your mind pool will drop by (base mind pool unbuffed/2)
2) your mind will slowly start increasing, adding the same amount it is increasing by to your health and action)
3) The instant you recover your lost mind, it then adds the buff to your mind pool as well.
This whole process takes about 30 seconds from the instant you hit power boost and will buff your health, action, and mind pools by (your base mind max)/2
Then, once it wears off, you will spend 30 seconds slowly losing the buff until you are back to normal.

Oh and one other thing hon
Wounds to your mind pool will impact how much you can power boost by.
So, for example, say I normally have 1000 mind. With 1000 mind that means I powerboost by 500.
Now say I have 2 wounds to my mind pool so that it is at 998 out of 1000. I would now only power boost by 499.
Finally, buffs to your mind will do nothing to enhance your power boost. It only works off your maximum mind value when unbuffed.

The time is 1 minute... approximentally. Not 30 seconds.
To power boost, do this: /sit;/pause 1;/meditate;/pause 1;/powerboost;/pause 1;/stand
