I am only interested in powerboost. For rifleman, I killed quanker to train , it is pretty safe coz i am always 60 m away. For tka, wat is the best way (Safe and quick) to train?
I believe most tka will concentrate on 0,0,4,0 first right? But I am not going for that path.

Just using novice tka and going for 2/0/0/0 is pretty easy. If you have buffs, just go do savage quenkers on Dantooine or Crazed Gurrecks on Endor. Without buffs, try and get Bantha/Ronto missions on Tatooine. No matter what you hunt, also be sure to pick up a sub 2.0 speed VK to use.
To get to novice tka(going up the unarmed line in brawler), if you can get buffs, do Kaadu and Gualamas on Naboo all the way to Novice TKA(and again, equip as low a speed VK as you can while doing this. You won't increase your damage but you will increase your speed).

/agree with the above, and I'll add that during the Unarmed grind, if you are buffed then use Berzerk1 all the time. You won't see the extra damage, and your damage will basically double from Berzerk1. You can't use specials, but that's okay it's still faster kills. I was using a 1.5/39-151 VK for Unarmed Grind, and hitting for over 200 with Berzerk1.
