Just a quick question, i heard someone say that def vs states don't really matter in PvP because if people just spam you'll get hit no matter what. is this true? thanks in advance

Eventually they will, yes, but dev vs states is still adviseable as the longer it takes someone to try and stick a state on you the less time they have to spam the attack they use to hurt you with, also if you're a doc you can just get rid of the state and it makes trying to apply one near useless.
