Get two missions, milk the lair until all the MOBs have come out but leave the remainder of the lair intact. Go do your other mission (as long as it's more than about 200metres away). When you come back, the lair will have respawned. You can do this about three times with each lair.

ive learned that as you first come up to the mission, slam the lair to the point where the animals start healing it, more and more will come out, then let them heal it fully and go psycho on them all with an area attack...

Didnt know that myself but im going to try that. What happens if you r more then 200m away?

Every time I tried this method, I would come back and it say "mission incomplete". Am I not doing something correctly? I smack the lair untill all pops have spawned (lair down below 50% usually) and kill all of them. I then run away to the next mission (over 200m away), do the same thing and come back. Every time, it's the same mission incomplete.

You really need to either leave 1 MOB alive at the lair, or just clear the initial spawn, damage it once, clear the 2nd spawn and then head to your other mission. Don't let the lair spawn that last group of MOB's, or you will get that 'incomplete' message.
