I got novice TK last week and I must say I'm highly impressed. I'm only doing kinetic damage but still, it's themost funmelee profession to play in my opinion. I started novice doing quenkers with all 6 stats buffed, but yesterday I got buffed, got a ticket to Endor, walked round for an hour and a half area attacking lairs and got 600k xp, unbelievable!! and the 3rd combat xp box too. I did get poisoned and disease a lot but what does that matter now?

Dantooine is good for grinding but the pain of getting missions and travelling between themis getting to me. So, problem solved and I'm looking forward to finishing the meditation line so I can heal wounds (will I be able to heal wounds with the 4th meditation box?), as I had to give up all my medic skills yesterday.

fill up the power line because that is as hard as youll hit until master then

get meditation 2 and boom no more diseases and poisons

then get Conditioning line

while grinding try and find a spd sliced VK in the 1.5 range damage around 140 plus

then when you master get a damage sliced VK with max damage over 180 the 2.2 spd wont matter

I'm already 3143 so it won't take more than a few hours on endor to master, it was just wound heals I needed to get from the meditation line. For emergencies I have feign death and burst run and a 350 damage geo pistol. I've been getting VK's from the bazaar and slicing them myself with speed/min damage pups and it seems to work really well as long as my mind stats are stacked and my stomach isn't full.

thx for the reply about wounds, I was amazed to find myself healing poisons and diseases on the second meditation box. I couldn't believe it!!!!! I thought I needed more boxes to do that

heh, I used to be TKM, but switched my melee profession to swordsman instead. I did keep the meditation line though as you very fast get addicted to all those benefits

I know what you mean I'm even considering giving up my doc toon on Bria for TKM (can't believe I just said that!). I would miss cure dizzy/intimidate though.
