Duration: 5 min + (meditation skill mod/100 * 5min) give or take 5%

What does Power Boost actually do for you ? Aside from the obvious I mean

At TKM, your meditation bonus is 100. So at TKM it lasts 10 minutes.

For Rince, I have to repeat what Ryutek said. Read the FAQ.

Actually I've timed it and it's 11 minutes at TKM
10 at Med 4
9 at Med 3
8 at Med 2

It takes 1 minute after powerboosting for the stats to reach max and mind rengen.
